We've spent the last few years refining the structure of our course. Here at Spin we want to fit the most training in that we possibly can, but still allow for enough rest. We think the program we have now is a pretty great balance of specialties, performance, basics & conditioning. Plus - it's a rainbow!

During each of the 'Big Spin' courses, we now have a 1 week break in the middle. This allows students to get the most out of their total training program by starting each 4 week block fresh.
